By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Service engagements are additionally governed by a written proposal or agreement.
Definitions
"ZIVOX" means ZIVOX, operating from Bapudham Chandrahiy, Motihari, Bihar, India. "Website" means the ZIVOX site. "Services" means the design, development, marketing, automation, software and related services we provide. "You" means the visitor or client.
Acceptance of terms
Accessing or using this website constitutes acceptance of these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its systems or data;
- interfere with the operation, availability or security of the site;
- submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene or infringing;
- submit content that contains malware, or that attempts to exploit the site;
- use automated means to extract data in a way that burdens our infrastructure;
- impersonate any person or organisation.
Website content and accuracy
We aim for accuracy, but website content is provided for general information. It is not a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any specific outcome. Pricing shown on the site is indicative and becomes binding only when confirmed in a written proposal.
Where a page describes a product feature, we label features honestly: Available, In development, or Planned. Features labelled as planned or in development are not offered for sale.
Service engagements
Where we provide services to you, the specific deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms are set out in a written proposal or agreement. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client responsibilities include: providing accurate requirements in good time, providing content or assets required for delivery, reviewing and approving deliverables within requested timeframes, and ensuring they have the right to use any material they supply to us.
Challenge participation and applicable rules
The ZIVOX AI Innovation Challenge 2027 (“the Challenge”) is an online event organised by ZIVOX in association with InternzValley. Participation in the Challenge is governed by these terms together with the Challenge information published on the AI Innovation Challenge 2027 page, which forms part of these terms for the purposes of the Challenge.
Where a Challenge rule conflicts with general website terms, the Challenge rule prevails for the Challenge only.
Key participation conditions, as currently published:
- Registration window: registration is planned to open on 20 February 2027 and close on 10 March 2027. Entries received outside that window cannot be accepted.
- Build window: the project development and submission period is planned for 11 March – 10 April 2027. Submissions received after the final deadline cannot be evaluated.
- Original work: a submitted project must have been created during the build window. Pre-existing work cannot be submitted as new.
- One entry per person: each person may belong to only one team. Every team member must be listed at registration.
- Disclosure: you must disclose the AI tools, models and services used in your project. Automated assistance is permitted; concealing it is not.
- Attribution: do not use another person’s code, assets or data without permission and correct attribution.
- Judging: entries are evaluated by a panel appointed by the organisers. The judges’ decision is final.
- Organiser changes: ZIVOX may cancel, postpone or amend the Challenge. Any such change is announced on the Challenge page.
Details still to be announced. The following have not been finalised and are published on the Challenge page as “To be announced”. They are deliberately not stated here rather than guessed:
- minimum age, geographic eligibility, whether a registration fee applies, and any student-only conditions;
- maximum team size, and the process for changing a listed member;
- the exact submission channel, permitted file formats and any size limits;
- the weighting of individual judging criteria and the number of evaluation rounds;
- the full showcase and publicity terms, and whether a prize is awarded to an individual or divided within a team.
Check the Challenge page before registration opens. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of a prize, a refund commitment, or a guarantee that the Challenge will proceed on the dates shown.
Prohibited conduct
In addition to the restrictions set out under “Use of the website”, you must not:
- submit false, misleading or impersonating information through any form on this website, including the registration-notification, sponsorship and grievance forms;
- submit a grievance or complaint that is knowingly false, or that is intended to harass a person;
- attempt to access, read, alter or delete submissions made by another person, or attempt to access administrative areas of this website without authorisation;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the website or its integrations, or attempt to bypass the rate-limiting, validation or spam protections on any form;
- introduce malware, script injection or other harmful material through any input field;
- use the website to send unsolicited advertising or bulk messages;
- in the context of the Challenge, manipulate the evaluation process, submit another participant’s work, or misrepresent authorship.
We may suspend, restrict or refuse access, and may decline to evaluate an entry or withhold a prize, where we reasonably believe any of these have been breached.
Submissions through the website
When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that you consent to our processing it for the stated purpose as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us permission to use it only for the purpose for which it was submitted. Feedback is published only where you have explicitly ticked the permission option.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the design, structure, code and written content of this website belong to ZIVOX. Trademarks, logos and brand assets are protected. See our Intellectual Property Policy for full detail.
You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial parts of this website without written permission.
Third-party links and services
This website may reference third-party sites, tools or providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
Some parts of the website rely on named infrastructure providers that we do operate but do not themselves own. As described in our Privacy Policy, submissions made through our forms are stored in a Google Firebase Realtime Database, profile images are hosted on Cloudinary, and the website itself is served through Netlify. Your use of the website is therefore also subject to the availability and technical behaviour of those providers, and an outage at a provider may make a form temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for interruptions caused by a provider outside our reasonable control.
Where a third-party service sets its own cookies or receives your IP address (for example a font or script delivered from a third-party domain, or a link you follow to another site), that provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to that interaction.
Payment terms
Fees, schedules and accepted payment methods are set out in the applicable proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice, and work may be paused where payment is overdue. Taxes are charged where applicable. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIVOX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of this website.
Where we are liable for services, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Disclaimer and no warranty
This website is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. See our Disclaimer.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to this website where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where required for security or legal reasons.
Suspension may be applied to a specific form or submission route, to an individual’s access, or to the website as a whole, depending on the nature of the issue. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you the reason and what would be required to restore access.
Limitations and exclusions of liability set out in these terms survive any suspension or termination, as do the provisions on intellectual property and governing law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable statutory dispute-resolution route, the courts having jurisdiction over our registered operating location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
