Digital outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, budget, content quality and changes to third-party platforms. Product feature accuracy
Where we describe product features, we label them honestly as Available, In development or Planned. Planned or in-development features may change or be withdrawn and are not offered for sale. Illustrative interface previews on product pages are indicative and may not reflect the current build.
AI-generated content
Our AI product assists with generating and refining text. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or fabricated. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it or publishing it. Do not use AI-assisted output for medical, legal, financial or employment decisions about individuals.
Challenge information
Information about the ZIVOX AI Innovation Challenge 2027 — including dates, prize amounts, eligibility, judging criteria and participant benefits — describes a planned event. It is published so that prospective participants can prepare, and is subject to change.
Specifically:
- Dates are planned, not guaranteed. Registration is scheduled to open on 20 February 2027, and the final submission deadline is shown as 10 April 2027. ZIVOX may cancel, postpone or amend the Challenge; any change will be announced on the Challenge page.
- Items marked “To be announced” are not settled. Where a requirement has not been finalised — such as minimum age, eligibility restrictions, any registration fee, maximum team size, the submission channel, judging weights or showcase terms — the page says so explicitly rather than stating a placeholder as fact. Check the page before registering.
- Prize amounts are a statement of intent. The published pool of ₹16,000 across the top three entries describes how the organisers intend to allocate prizes. This website does not create an enforceable entitlement to a prize, and it does not set out a refund or prize-payment policy.
- Judging is discretionary. Entries are evaluated by a panel appointed by the organisers, and the judges’ decision is final. Judging criteria describe what is looked at, not a scoring formula with a guaranteed outcome.
- Benefits depend on conditions. Certificates, badges, showcase opportunities and mentorship are subject to eligibility, participation requirements and availability. Mentorship places are limited.
- Notification is not registration. Asking to be notified when registration opens does not register you and does not reserve a place.

Our website also depends on named infrastructure providers. Form submissions are stored in a Google Firebase Realtime Database, team and profile images are hosted on Cloudinary, and the site is served through Netlify. We do not control the availability, performance or security of those providers, and a service interruption at one of them may temporarily prevent a form from submitting or an image from loading. Our Privacy Policy describes what is stored where.
